Sponsor. This giveaway is sponsored by Better Dog Supplements (“Sponsor”).
Eligibility. Open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers, and directors of Sponsor and its affiliates, subsidiaries, and agencies involved in the administration of this giveaway, and their immediate family members and household members, are not eligible.
Promotion Period. The giveaway begins on March 6 and ends on March 8 (the “Promotion Period”). Sponsor’s clock is the official timekeeping device.
How to Enter. During the Promotion Period, entrants may enter by completing the entry form on the giveaway landing page. Most participants will access the landing page via QR code. Limit one (1) entry per person per day. Entries that are incomplete, inaccurate, or submitted through automated means may be disqualified.
Winner Selection and Notification. One (1) winner will be selected each day during the Promotion Period for a total of three (3) winners (“Winners”). Winners will be selected in a truly random drawing from all eligible entries received for that day. Winners will be selected before 3:00 PM Pacific Time each day. Potential Winners will be notified using the contact information provided at entry. If a potential Winner does not respond within twenty four (24) hours of notification, is found ineligible, or fails to complete any required documentation, they may be disqualified and an alternate winner may be selected.
Prize. Each Winner will receive one (1) “Premium Better Dog Supplements Basket,” which includes: two (2) autographed Cesar Millan books, the complete Better Dog Supplements collection (all ten (10) products), one (1) dog blanket, and a “1-year supply” of Better Dog Supplements fulfilled as four (4) Better Dog Supplements of the Winner’s choice shipped every three (3) months for twelve (12) months, for a total of sixteen (16) supplements. Prize components, including colors, styles, packaging, and blanket appearance, may vary from images used in promotional materials.
Shipping. Sponsor will pay shipping costs for the prize. Prize will be shipped only to a valid United States address. Sponsor is not responsible for delays, lost shipments, or delivery issues caused by carriers or by incorrect or incomplete address information provided by a Winner.
No Substitution or Transfer. No cash redemption, substitution, or transfer of the prize is permitted, except where required by law.
Taxes. Winners are solely responsible for any federal, state, or local taxes and any other costs associated with receipt or use of the prize.
Publicity. Except where prohibited by law, entry constitutes permission for Sponsor to use Winner’s name, city and state, likeness, photo, and/or statements related to the giveaway for promotional purposes in any media without additional compensation.
General Conditions. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process, violates these Terms, or engages in fraud or misconduct. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the giveaway if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the giveaway, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion.
Release and Limitation of Liability. By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor and its affiliates, and each of their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents, from any and all claims, damages, losses, or liabilities arising from participation in the giveaway or acceptance, receipt, possession, and use or misuse of any prize. Sponsor is not responsible for late, lost, incomplete, invalid, or misdirected entries; technical malfunctions; or any error, interruption, or failure related to the administration of the giveaway.
Disputes and Governing Law. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Terms, or the rights and obligations of entrants and Sponsor, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action.
Privacy. Information collected from entrants will be used for administering the giveaway and for communications related to the giveaway, and may also be used for marketing communications. Entrants may opt out of marketing communications at any time.
